Active Status: Only a listing’s creator can view the listing until the status is set to “active”. If you want to temporarily remove a listing from the site, you can deactivate it instead of deleting it.

Premium Features: Basic Listings are free. You can upgrade to a Premium Listing at any time and get:

• Unlimited Photos
• Rotation on the home page as a Featured Listing
• Placement at the top of all listing pages (state pages, city pages, etc.)
• 6 month Premium Listings are only $99. Click the “Upgrade to Premium” link by any listing to pay by credit card through Paypal.
